Modifications, Cancellations and Early Departures

The customer can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.

The customer must pay the full amount of the reservation if he cancels less than 14 days before arrival.

Reservation modifications are possible, subject to availability and on the condition that the amount of the modified stay is equal to or greater than that of the initial reservation.

In the event of departure before the date planned when booking: the total amount of the stay initially reserved remains due.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Prices: taxes and variability

Our prices are VAT included. They do not include the municipal tourist tax, set at €1.65 per day and per person in 2024 and subject to annual variation.

The prices we communicate may be modified at any time, without notice.

Damage and Missing Items

Damage and missing items resulting from intentional action or obvious negligence on the part of a customer may be subject to billing.
